I have done my own research...G and B affadavits don't Have to be relied upon..but don't HAVE to be disregarded either.....Posco, Harbinger and others have done their research also with better legal advice than you or I.....And guess what...they agree with me...No need to worry...Sit back and wait for Successfull outcome for MMX, As already announced!!!...If, as you say all this is "not difficult to prove", how come chm themselves say that it is extremely difficult....You must know better.....
If shares got issued and no money was recieved, I'd like to see you prove that it was'nt for services rendered or consultancy....he said, she said.. extremely difficult to prove.......and even then we are talking about less than $200k.....
I bought something and then on sold it to you for a profit.....You say to "Cash up" nicu..I say just business....and im in business to make a profit...no law against that...Try proving that it was nothing more than that...You say it was..I say it was'nt...Now prove it....without any written agreement..without any witness....Buckleys hope mate.........The whole case is based on chm allegations and in defence MMX denials....No real proof or evidence supporting any dire action by MMX or any knowledge by MMX...
In reality
1/. $153,000 of chm money in form of 2 cheques helped pay for tenements.....Un documented loan or Mis appropriated????...Prove It!!
2/. A parcel of chm shares issued for no consideration or for services rendered in lieu of cash ammounting to approx $200k...Prove It..
3/. Leases on sold to chm for a profit??? dodgy or just a business transaction??...Prove it...
4/. MMX the company, had knowledge of all this..Prove it..

If you believe all this proven good for you.....My research points to the fact, all far from proven........And if you have followed some recent cases you will have gleaned the over riding impression that any Judge is going to have to be overwhelmingly and completely convinced before he/she is gonna be awarding 10's of millions of dollars to anyone......But keep on dreaming, for a while anyway...
