my understanding is that chineses interest are more likely to be want an equity position in the Bigrlyi deposit and to a lesser extent equity in EME.

if they are keen on offtake (which is the name of the game) then JRL is less interesting than talking to EME about buying a % of the deposit.

this could be structured with EME maintaining majority ownership of Bigrlyi by the new player taking a minority stake in the holding company of Bigrlyi.

this would leave EME free to explore the regional tenements and keep the upside to extensions outside the current resource.

so many ways it could go down at this point.
