The U.S. would love to be the most powerful nation-I think it is..
It would also like to be the largest oil producer,and /or the "swin g " producer but needs the massive assistance of their shale wells ,many of which are now profitable at current and recent oil prices.
The U.S. would also like to be the largest LNG exporter..
Problem is that the shale wells produce massive amounts of gas-heaps more than .
conventional wells
This excess of gas wrecks the home gas market,at a time when the Chinese are .,Asian,but not US Home, gas ,prices up.
The US cant sell to the Chinese without incurring a 10% tax.
