Strat, I have noted a few references around the traps to RMA insisting on a proper decommissioning of the old wells as part of the redevelopment – reasonable enough given the previous water breakthrough issue. I was thinking about that in regards to the three dual lateral development concept. I have been scaling off the graphics (how reckless is that...) to get a feel for the possible horizontal development length in these dual laterals – not overly long. I was wondering if this was done to dodge faults and place the producing sections for optimum flows and recovery but I’m inclined to think that simple risk management might be driving this. With six laterals in play a problem section might be manageable and not necessarily fatal to the project. Or am I barking up the wrong tree? I’m all for sensible risk management – I don’t need another T……
The ILS and GCU sections could be very interesting. Something to look forward to...
