    Ragingboom,

I am a v. small shareholder, who really knows no more than what is in the company statements and what I read here.

I'm alarmed at what I read in the auditors' report for the half-yearly, and I wasn't happy with the directors' responding to the issues raised by the 'rebel' shareholders with the equivalent of 'nothing to see here, move along now'.

I'm also not happy with your inside contacts giving you valuable information on which you are able to trade, without also providing that information to 'outside' people like me. That said, I am quite grateful to you for sharing it with us!

I bought into the company on the strength of its prospects. However, since I've been following it the share price (but thankfully not the value of my stake) has fallen by 90 per cent.

One question I have is: if your information is correct, and the company's prospects are bright, why are the 'rebels' selling? They may not like the company's leadership, but they are perfectly entitled to share in its success. What do they know, or fear, that encourages them to get out at today's low prices?
