If so then it is the responsibility of the BoD to advise their shareholders of what ever the current position of the Coy is now and  -from time to time..

From a very simplistic point of view, if  (shareholders) pay the bills and get called on from time to time to 'top up the coffers', AND a lot of those funds in the coffers are taken by the BoD for their salaries.then:-

- apart from a Corporate Responsibility (Corps Act) point of view

then from - I call it 'OUT OF RESPECT'-  from 1 human being to another human being, then tell us what is going on..............Please! If you cannot do that then find another job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question   1   (there are many but just for now ---1)

   Are you still receiving your salaries from the Company ????
