Don't you (not 'you' specifically) wonder why the Board recommends that all Unitholders vote FOR the Withdrawal Offer?

Why does the Withdrawl Offer play on 'rational' market forces and put small unit-holders (individuals who cannot effectively communicate with each other), like ourselves, in competition with each other for whatever small profits are going to be available in the short term.

Why is it guaranteed that, in the end, our respective MER's will increase and we will STILL be waiting for years to have our ENTIRE holdings valued and redeemable at an NTA equivalent?

Why is it a band-aid fix for Donner and his cronies who should, in reality, be at risk of being unemployed?

If you are looking to make a quick buck - not from the Withdrawal Offer but from the perceived increase in share price after it - you might just find yourself with my holding as you help to drive the price up on low liquity. .
