Thank you for your email yesterday in relation to the fall in price in ETC.

Please note when considering whether a price query should be sent ASX takes
into consideration the following
(please note this list is not exhaustive):
1. Whether the Company has made any recent announcements;
2. Whether the Company has been the subject of media articles or media
speculation;
3. Whether the Company has been the subject of any broker research;
4. Past and current trading activity;
5. Liquidity and the bid/ask spread;
6. Whether there is one broker dominating the trading or whether it is
widespread buying or selling;
7. How the Company is performing in comparison against other companies
within the same industry and/or how the Company is performing compared to
the rest of the market;
8. Whether there are any stories concerning the Company on news service
providers; and
9. Speculation on Internet Chat-Sites.
Due to price impact that a price query may have on a security, we are unable
to disclose whether or not we will be querying ETC.
However, we are continually monitoring the trading in ETC.
