I plan on speaking with them. Part of my research is to test customer relations and transparency. The less transparent a company is to customers and the public factors in to my study.
Twitter is a two way SM service. It’s not a one way channel.
deleting comments reflect poorly. I’ve seen companies do this. Long term it’s not to their benefit.
