Exactly, management is number one. That is why I let RWD go quite a while back and I've stayed away from IRC and MKO for the same reason (as well as most miners on the ASX actually). The problem here really is where is the capital coming from without excessive dilution? And capital won't come easily when there is a big question mark over management ability to execute.
