MIG don't sell smart phones either but that didn't stop them from getting Foxconn as the cornerstone at a time when they were just a concept and only 5% of the size they are now. It has been through the support of Foxconn that MIG has been able to develop as it has.
And as for your Bankable (in bold) Feasibility Study, there is no such thing any more. Decades ago - that is, decades ago dzdz - the securities sector has has required Definitive Feasibility Studies. These days you'd be laughed out of the room if you went anywhere with a sub-standard BFS. If your hero MR is doing a BFS then then you'd better tap him on the shoulder real quick!!
