I don't know what the new WDLAC Board is thinking but there certainly is a significant number of Martu who wanted the ILUA not revoked unilaterally but rather declared null and void by the Courts.

The WDLAC Board is in possession of all the information they need but there has been nothing but silence from them. Only they can initiate this.

As I said, the first step would be an application for an extension of time to appeal the ILUA. By definition, however, an extension of time application must be made in a timely fashion so at some point due to the effluxion of time the window of opportunity to appeal will close.
