The reason I have been quiet of late is that there is not much more that can be said.

And as every day passes without the new WDLAC Board acting - they were appointed in January - the more I think you RWD acolytles are off the hook as far as LD goes.

To challenge the ILUA WDLAC first need to apply to the Federal Court for an extension of time vis a vis the three month rule before the merits of any appeal can be heard. There are good reasons why the Court would grant such an application but tardiness following their appointment would be frowned upon. They need to act quickly or not at all.

The new WDLAC Board has been provided with a mountain of information from ORIC, Adrian Borchok's report, the Special Administrator and others to support an appeal.....but, they are missing in action. P#ss Weak!!!
