I don't really consider anything trading in the 20c + range a penny stock as such, also usually those stocks are formed around a speculative company with very few assets or liquidity. This company has products already selling and year on year revenue is significantly up.
If they want to jump on the bandwagon of cannabis based skincare products it is just another line in expansion, but not the sole part of their business, barely any other mm related stocks are making close to the revenues this company is already bringing in so your comment seems a little like a down ramp and ill informed of this companies legitimacy as a skin care provider.
Considering the CEO has run companies with a much higher capital in the $30-50m range I don't see any reason why she will not be able to take these brands forward and capture a broader market share.
