    True. However directors, lenders and 18% share holders support the offer. That is not a bad start for Great Panther.

    But at this stage, the market doesn't seem to like the scrip offer. Share price can't even crack .07.

    If the share price stays around this level, a new offer may emerge. Market may value cash or the scrip of another company in a better light..
