already spoke to the company and the accountants, the top 20 are all related to the chairman and the board consists of the chairman and his accountant!!!
no the wonder this stock has NO volume and trades at 35% to book value, there is no insurance for investors, its a closed shop private enterprise.
just look at this morning they sold a 60% stake of the winery for 4.65 million to LSG resources (private comapny in perth, wonder who owns that??? can anyone check??),i was told that our 50% stake was worth 10 million, so we should be looking at 6 million dollars?? paid over 18 months!!! what a deal, we should be celebrating.not
we can, by gathering only 5% of the votes, ask for an EGM and can force them to elect an independent director to sit on the board.
if this stock is going anywhere we need an independent board who has some exploration experience.
