You can get the preview version if you wanted to try it out (not on your main PC though ) . It's not bad, heaps better than Windows 8 but they still try to push you to sign in with a MS account (which I HATE), you can get around it of course but then they limit some of the things you can do...same as Windows 8. But what you posted is the reserve for the release. If you have Windows 7 I'd be tempted to give it a miss, if you have Windows 8 then go for it. In the end, your choice.
