The simple reality is the share price won't head north until news arrives......
It's a very thin market (in PAX), news - assuming it comes - will launch a rocket under the price.
It comes down to a question of whether and when you believe the news will come re financing and PPA execution.
If you 'believe', you wouldn't want to be short.
If you don't believe, you shouldn't care or post here!
