H , yes indeed good reason for my optimism! The CMI connection is very valid , as is the main shareholder and Chairman being Ted Jacobsen MD of CVN ,,,, and Laurie Brown (Mr Chinguetti) on the Board also.
The CMI JV will deliver up deals that few will believe in short order ..imo. You only need to read the ones they 'just missed out on' last year to see that they are playing in a different league to most juniors .... and the cash position will be easily fixed at much higher prices after deals announced.
I think the Top 20 hold 80% and thats mainly the Directors and Founders.... 22m shares , 20m options total issue!
SP showing signs that news is near .... it will be good , very very good I suspect , and probably more than one deal , quite possibly a producer next year , as well as having a 'Jubilee' year ;-))
