a desperate seller apparantly needing the money to pay for another stock
he had to take whatever was there to buy at the time thus the 3.8 cent sale
this will trade back up to 4.3/4.4 cents again in a heart beat
its what happens when you trade stocks
long term holders will be patient and reap the rewards in due time IMO
