I think I have quoted previously already this is a company I am very familiar with and know enough about it to avoid. A good domain name but beyond that ......

I have posted a few things re SGH another company I am familiar with. I am involved in several other stocks but my knowledge of those industries are not like it is with Rnt. I am not a stockbroker nor do I want to be a stockbroker and I take giving advice quite seriously. Part of the reason I am still posting on this thread is due to people on here who Think they can cyber bully people off the thread if their opinions differ. Go back through all the threads and you will see I was first called a liar but when challenged the accusers backed down. So I have gone from not being a real estate agent to now being a real estate agent who is worried that Rnt is going to take away all my business.....quite hilarious when my sales income is fourfould of why my management fees are. I am hoping that instead of reading these over inflated posts boasting hugely inflated figures, before someone invests they might just read my post and think about another angle before doing so. I have no axe to grind as I have already stated I am quite happy to be on Rnt as it is free. It would not be worth advertising on it otherwise as I have had 3-4 years of being with them and knowing that nothing comes off it. The key to this type of business is necessity however there is no reason to be on this site as there are no leads. Even if there were a few as already stated we get more leads than we can handle off domain which is FREE and REA which is a neccessity due to the sales. Unfortunately unless you own a real estate agency you have no measure. And quality enquirers is the key measurement here.
