Im all for having an alternative view, especially when its as odvious as here, that some posters are "overpumping" this stock, as I have said before.
But, I most certainly can see, that you have just about evened the score......
You do seem to have some sort of axe to grind when it comes to RNT, but in saying that, I for one have fully taken notice, as I would suggest so have many others, and I thank you for that. You have pointed out a lot of very relevant points here, which has helped put the hype into perspective. For me at least.

The question that I would be asking you is, did you join HC just to comment on RNT or do you have other interests in other stocks as well?

It has tweeked my curiosity as to why you have only posted about RNT, yet do not hold and would appear not to have any intention to.

Now im not attacking you at all, like I have seen many here do, and I totally understand how you have replied to all that have, I get that but I just don't get what you are up to or why...
Agenda's can vary as much as a posters view and besides the odvious, I just can't figure out yours?
