Gumtree is a good site nhawk. Powered by EBay. Just keep in mind though that a lot of tenants who use Gumtree are avoiding REA for a reason- they have poor rental history that will not get through an agency. Don't forget that Domain already offers a free subscription which we get far more leads from than RNT. RNT will need a very brainy management team and loads of $. I hope I am wrong and you all make a fortune as we will benefit from hopefully lower future fees...
