As a user of rent.com, realestate.com etc we welcome rent.com and hope they create more competitive pricing. I strongly dislike realestate.com but some insight for fellow investors I would be careful of believing rnt is the next realestate.com. We have used it for some time and the enquiries that we receive from the website is few and far between compared to Domain and realestate.com. I cannot at this point bring myself to invest in the company....but I hope I am wrong and they become a force.
