Maybe a few of us should write some letters to ASIC and state the reasons why we SUSPECT that the company maybe trading insolvent atm and see if any dirt shows up.
Would love to see a director or two get caught out for "unconscionable conduct" and do a bit of time.
Looking at the company's financials it's not too obvious that they're in dire straits and worthy of asking how they plan to operate the company, by the looks of things they well may just pay their own wages by whatever little oil and gas is flowing which is the status quo.
I really am looking forward to the day when I pick up the AFR and see some familiar names and faces walking out of a courtroom on the front page.
