Thousands of us are Shareholders in GGP many for a long time

Ok,some of use have not subscribed to the IG for whatever reason BUT WE HAVE ALL BEEN AFFECTED AND ARE SITTING ON PAPER LOSSES AND AS OF RECENT TIMES CANNOT SELL OUR HOLDINGS



No shareholder should be excluded from hearing what may lie beyond the surface



Akrotiri I am really not sure what you are getting at here ? Have you been denied or excluded from joining the IG ? Is it that you are requesting access to what the IG have found, dug up, ?? I suppose yourself and the rest of us disenchanted share holders should be putting that question to Steve Graves, Chris Ritchie ! Shouldn't they put up all the answers ?

In all sincerity Akrotiri, and If I understand what you are saying here, I agree 100% with what you are requesting and it shouldn't take a very small number of people to basically put their lives on hold to find out what, how and why it all went so wrong and why there is such a stench with this company but surely you can't expect to be kept in the loop and up to date by the IG after thousands of $$ have been spent and over 14 month's of investigations and research being put into this quest ? Those same people have taken on so much risk in taking this action and that is exactly why people were asked to decide on whether they would like to join in on this action without taking on any of the risk.

It's only just recently that the people who decided to take part had to hand over 3% of their losses and hence, take on a small amount of risk ( compared to their overall losses ) and compared to the hand full of people running this action.

Akrotiri, if I understand your statement here, I sincerely have to disagree with you and there is certainly no malice or "stuff you" in my response. Hope you and others who have not joined can understand my explanation ?

This may shock you Akrotiri but to be perfectly honest, I would rather not be told any detail on Barrister Will Alstergren SC investigations. Why would we want to risk leaking any information and/or strategy that the IG may have ? I believe we have come to far now to risk the case. Maybe some paid up members will disagree with me but I am happy to leave the legal team do what they need to do and unless I can get an update face to face, I would rather not risk any leaks.

I hope I haven't offended you with my response Akrotiri as it certainly isn't meant to offend you or any other burnt share holders. If it helps, I do remember a discussion I had with the IG some month's back about what would happen to others who have not taken part in the IG actions and are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see the outcome. In other words, would there be "copy cat" claims in the future ? I was told that if the IG were to be successful ? it may open up the path for further proceedings. How accurate that is ? I have absolutely no idea but I can understand if people are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see the outcome.


I commend the IG group for diligently putting in many many long hours to try and unfold the facts, be they good or bad

Every document I have purchased and received from the US Gov departments, Texas Courts, TRRC and lets just say a gentleman I have engaged who has nearly 40 years experience in the US oil business has now been handed over to the IG and I believe they are now in the hands of the lawyers. I have posted as much as I could without giving to much away and as you know, nothing will be posted here as per the lawyers request.

I'm really not sure if I have learnt more about this company from reading the company ann's or from the doc's I have purchased from all the US departments ?

One thing I will say however where are Morebull Whiskey49,Margi, the GGP Fan Club as I called them a couple of years ago who hounded me off this HC thread and ridiculed me for saying nothing more than "the companys' reporting system was sub standard and we needed more regular updates"

I don't see the point in going through this with these former posters ? Morebull has been suspended for over a year, whisky49 sold out
over a year ago ?? and Margi ( 64shelby ) is now on a "read only" status.

Why bother and why bring on more grief for yourself ?
