Exactly. options holders would have an advantage which they should not. For some time I have held the belief that management does not want them converted. If I interrupt listing rules 1 & 2 correctly the .10cent raise is for fewer eligible shareholders at listing making the register tight. May be wrong. Any off to the pub.
