    I think it will be interesting and somewhat telling to see whether the founder of M2 Vaughan Bowen chooses to exercise his entitlement at the $2.66 discounted rights issue price.

    In recent years he has been decreasing his stake in the company but still holds a sizable at this time.

    The extent to which he chooses to participate will be interesting - actions speak louder than words.
