    no need to apologise matey,, did the same thing myself before...I dont understand the process.....i am assuming the directors do not buy their own shares 'on market' in a Directors Share Plan and pay $2.39 when they are only $2.08 on market..... it beggars belief that the comp. buys on market to give to directors when we are so far behind
    why the difference between the $2.39 DSP and $2.08 on market ?
