Firstly its Soviet purges not Russian purges, Russian were the main victims of the brutal Soviet purges. The fact you even know the movie "Burnt by the Sun" but can't equate that simple fact is shocking.
Secondly it’s soviet weapons flooding the middle east not Russian weapons if we were to consider qantity. Most Soviet military weapons found in the Middle East are produced by former Warsaw pact countries under their license agreements or are under local manufacturing licenses. Bulgaria, Czechs and the Ukraine in particular are big exporter of soviets designed hardware that has been captured in Syria and Iraq that comes from these nations. The Ukrainian army has flogged of so much of their massive soviet era stockpiles (through corruption) they are now training with vintage weapons as per yesterdays post.
Although Russian sales are increasing in the region they are miniscule to US arms sales with China, Germany, the UK and France also massive contributors. Try to be balanced in your anti-Russian hatred.
As per Russia training and supplying ISIS in Afghanistan, LOL you seriously believe the stuff you claim. Russia doesn’t train militant Muslim extremist but I can think of several nations that have a history you seem to deliberately ignore in all your postings.
