I just read the independant report & they value the company as follows Based upon a net assets approach, we have valued a share in the issued capital of NSX at between 5.7 cents and 11.4 cents. In this regard the Offer Price of $0.235 per NSX share There seems to be little interest in NSX media or otherwise. I have also noticed some so called savy investors have left the stock ie gpg. I think I will sit on the fence for a little while re acceptance of offer. Also I hadn't thought about carbon trading.
