Been watching this forum on MEA for a while...... Full disclosure: I do come from the perspective of being a licensed real estate agent.... I am not currently a holder of MEA.... I don't practice in a state where MEA has any foothold or market share at all.

For what it is worth - The there is "The Agency" (Austnet) that has just done a back-door into Namibian Copper.

MEA is not the first Real Estate Agency to list on the ASX and will not be the last.

RUN Corp listed, and not de-listed through a private take over. Many years ago there was a firm called KEY, then there was what is now, mostly known as Century 21 that was Wentworth Holdings in many states or Wentworth Mutual - they were once a listed company. LJ Hooker were listed, both in their own right, as well as via the Bank and Insurance company called Suncorp Holdings ..... MEA not the first and will not be the last.....
