"Cant see any other real estates floating in the future.."

There was mention of a company called LocalAgentFinder doing a pre-IPO before christmas, i think they planned to list around the middle of the year.

I think however their business model is probably a bit different to mcgrath, but perhaps better placed to take advantage of consumers having more choice?

Anyhow, think McGrath is a solid bet long-term, but not looking to buy in just yet.
