I agree with the mug shots - we stray away from that practice.

I can safely say though, it takes more than a sign board and an internet ad to sell a home, and for a good price. But hey, if you want to self sell, who am I to stop you.

We also run a buyers agency and we love buying from owners who represent them self - at the end of the day, as a buyer agent, we are there to get the best deal for our client, the buyer as they are paying our wages - you want to sell yourself short, awesome as you're keeping the buyers agents in business and the buyers very happy!
