    I think you are reading in a bit too much conspiracy. Bucky can defend himself without my help but re consolidation what he says is usually the case IMO.
    Very rarely in these micro caps does consolidation stop the SP rot. Something else does e.g doing what they said they would do, overdelivering, etc
