No Clyde. The SP is where it is because of the company's prior performance over many years. Bucky simply points that out, I agree sometimes repeatedly and in a manner that would offend some, but you can't argue with most of his historical posts.
If the company says something in an announcement and then there is no follow up in any way you can't blame someone for pointing the fact out.
