I can understand why strides dont want to commit to a fixed contribution i cannot understand why suda cant put out a projection. Like most fee for service you provide a quote or estimate. "We expect that for the 1st 12 months the fee will be approximately $x per month with slight increases or decreases due to y or z with the monthly fee to increase or decrease in the 2nd year subject to.....blah blah. " Gets the message out of regular and consistent income stream with the commitment on strides part to a fixed fee

Well that’s SUD managment for you...like it not you need to scratch a little deeper from the surface to extract the detail....and there is definately devil in the detail.
