Just an observation, but unless I am mistaken there is a massive difference between a Resource and a Reserve, with a Reserve being a bankable commodity.

Given this stuff is low grade bauxite on world standards a hell of a lot will need to happen before it makes anyone any money, especially given opposition is also heating up in the Mundaring shire, which is one of the 3 shires that forms part of the Felicitas proposal.
