Thanks for your interest. Suggest you look at the facts. Compare the grades (available alumina, reactive silica ) with export bauxite grades from, say Guinea West Africa. The residual bauxite left in WA after Alcoa and Worsley took the best is not export grade. It is not as good as the stuff that Alcoa and Worsley is feeding into their WA refinery.
These two companies are mining relatively concentrated pods in state forest, not dispersed small pods on settled land with all the social and environmental issues.
You may ask yourself why BAU walked away from their Bindoon "project" my understanding is that they publicly stated that it was " not economic" Then ask yourself what is different with their current "projects"
They have large resource, but until now not one single tonne on reserve.
