1) Split the undeveloped assets into a new ASX float.
2) Convert secured debts into ordinary shares if possible.
3) Find new CEOs to run the new floated entity.
4) Find new join venture partner/financier to develope the undeveloped assets (advantages are BFS already done, mine design and construction can start right away), so it can attract join venture partners.
5) Smokey Hill can be sell off/or visit later, equipements and processing plant move to new mine.
