shareholder approval done. just FIRB to go (anyone know when that is due?) then we'll see if they really put in $4.8M at four times the current share price. on the one hand it is a huge ask in this market but on the other they are getting a real bargain compared to the actual value of the assets. fwl'er could be in for a good year coming up!
