Karen Negus is the marketing manager at Tesserent. I have spoken to her a few times. She is pleasant, knowledgeable and is happy to speak to shareholders. I recommend giving her a call with any questions you might have. Tesserent does seem to be aware of the need to promote the business to brokers - hence the broker roadshow for March 2017.
