You claim to hold stock and your sentiment is LT buy and yet you have posted negative comment seemingly for weeks. I really can't get a handle on your true standing on this stock. It's clear that you (in common with a number of other investors) disapprove of the manner in which the CR was done but we don't know the commercial drivers yet. Whether it was right or whether it was wrong it is done now. Only value can be diluted and, if you think there to be little, dilution has little meaning. If your stance is that there is potential, ADI has to be able to meet cash calls to preserve that potential. I think it time to move on.
