    Hi Stayer,

Donnison and Lewis both topped early July (31k & 15k respectively), the average price on those parcels was 11c (post consolidation). Not huge in terms of dollar value - but to me it indicates a reasonable SP level MLA might trade around pending the release of further news to provide some direction.

Agree on the Long Term holders (and lack of liquidity restricting their exits), but would think if they were looking at selling down or thought poorly of the proposal adding value then the voting at the Meeting might've reflected the sentiment towards the Medivet merger & issuance. Could be a wait and see approach from many long term holders before cutting their losses?

personally I didn't buy in as a short term trade - as I quite easily could've profitably exited on the recent peaks around the 19-20c levels (My average entry price is circa 10c), but view as a longer term holding with good potential and really think the Short Term SP is irrelevant to me currently. Hopefully the issuance takes place and liquidity/interest is improved (As in fairness I might struggle to offload my holding with the current bid-liquidity too..!)

Hopefully the OEM side can finally get into black; I see potential with the proposed sale of Clements, rejigging of personnel costs, combined with the distribution centre and streamlining of the manufacturing process. This won't be a smooth process, but I believe its achievable and potentially in 6-12mths time MLA could be on the right path to sustainably grow the SP and reward Long Term holders.

    DYOR
    Best of luck.
