Someone from Cubbie Station said on the news that they will have all their dams full after this flood event and plan for next season to go with 20X more cotton than they planted this year.
I am not too sure whether they gin their cotton at Qld Cotton (St George or Cecil city) or whether they are NAM customers (Mungindi or Goondi).
With the water around it is putting some optimism into cotton crops though, as it is one of the better paying crops at the moment. Mop.
