Ms Ling Gu "has a director on the board" yet there is nothing to suggest that he (new Chairman)is related to Ms Ling Gu. Or that Ms Ling Gu was the underwriter for that matter.It clearly states in the Prospectus that Intersuisse are the Underwriters.Have I missed something? What do you know that the rest of us don't ??? While you are "Guessing" perhaps you could "Guess" where the share price is going post consolidation. !
