Well if us smaller holders are upset on destruction of value in OEX under the current management you can be sure Magna will be even more angrier and want payback with millions of dollars at stake. It is a bit hard for them to dump all their stock without the market noticing so maybe they may make an opportunistic takeover at a really low price or force changes of management when OEX gets closer to being profitable.
