Temporary can be 2 weeks or 2 months, 3 months or 12+months depending on conditions. For shareholders sake lets hope that temporary is towards the 2 weeks timeframe.
With regards to Pooh_Bear comment: "All the equipment at Baal Gammon was leased and payments not made. The majority of the personnel were from an agency and the agency was not paid. The third parties basically took their toys and people home because they weren't getting paid."
To re-start a mine in this case is going to take a while and sizable upfront cash is going to be needed. That is if the comment is correct.
As for Kagara being confident ... what else is the company supposed to say or indicate to the market. The management is there to promote the company.
Good thing about KZL is that on a whiff of good news would allow 3-5 days of good trading (like the recent run of PLA).
I am no guru on the company of all fundamental facts as some seem to claim or promote themselves to be.
Looking forward to trade KZL...whether this be from a 20c, 15c, 12c, 10c or 5c base ... does not matter to me.
