Well harbour valued it at $7.00 when oil price was in the mid 60s. Now with a stronger US dollar and oil in the mid 70s I think STO is definitely undervalued. As for why it is undervalued it is probably the fear of mismanagement. Debt is at all time lows, cash flow is strong and growth is occurring. Once we start having consistent dividends we should start recovering. STO is a long term play 1 year or greater.
