The directors are doing the right thing in entertaining the bid, it's in the interest of shareholders. They have identified that Harbour have funding and aren't tire kickers.
$6.5 is not unreasonable if you think the oil price is U.S. $60 per annum forever.
It sends a positive message to any bidder that the company will engage productively once you reach a reasonable ballpark.
